Refund policy

At SHINNING STORE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully.  

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:  
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.  
- The return must be requested within   8-10 days  days   of the delivery date .  
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.  

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned or refunded
  •  Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Digital products (e.g., software, e-books)   Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)  
  •  Custom-made or personalized items  
  • Tag or sticker removed
  • washed  
  • HYGIENE SEAL BROKEN

2. How to Initiate a ReturnTo request a return, follow these steps:  

· Contact Us – Email: alfatehoverseas22@gmail.com or log in to your account on our website and submit a return request within the eligible period.  

· Provide Details – Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.  ( reason of refund should be genuine as we care your order )

· Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions (if applicable).  

· Ship the Item Back– Once approved, ship the item to the provided return address.  

Note: Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).  

3. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.  

 Approved Refunds   will be processed to the original payment method within   5-7 business days  Store Credit   may be offered (if applicable) instead of a monetary refund.  
  Shipping Costs   are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.  
-   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we cover reshipping fees

-   Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. They will reflect in your original payment method within 10 business days

4. ExchangesIf you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within the eligible return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.  

5. Damaged or Defective Items    
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us   within days   of delivery. We may require photo/video evidence before approving a replacement or refund.  Contact us at alfatehoverseas22@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof for damaged/defective items. We’ll cover return shipping. If the time frame passes then we are not able to cover this.

6. Late or Missing Refunds    
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:  
- Check your bank account again.  
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider (processing times may vary).

7. Return Shipping Address   : once the return/ exchange  process has been approved . We will send you a label and you need to send it back to our address. Rest assured after a quality check for defective return, the amount will be transferred to your original bank account with the same payment method.                                        8. By purchasing from Shinning store, you agree to this Refund and Return Policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.  This policy follows country consumer laws.
